How does a Reia subscription work?
Our reuse, refill return subscription service means you always have the Reia products you need, when you need them.
Choose to receive refills every one, two or three months when you sign up. You have total flexibility to adjust your upcoming deliveries. We send you a timely reminder three days before your next delivery so that you can check what’s coming and make any adjustments.
We offer a 20% subscription discount on all starter kits and 15% on all refills.
Where are your products made?
Our formulations are created, tested and produced by a team of natural formulations experts based in Dorset, on the southwest coast of England. We partner with them due to their specialism in natural ingredients derived from sustainable sources and wealth of experience in this field.
Do you ship overseas?
No. We only ship to the UK and channel islands.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free
Yes. We do not use any ingredients derived from animal sources. We stand against animal testing. We will never test our products on animals, nor sell in markets where animal testing is a regulatory requirement.
How do I return my pouch
Our pouches are pre-printed with the returns label. Once used, just pop your pouches in your nearest postbox for free returns to our specialist recycling partner. They will be 100% recycled and repurposed.
Do you offer samples or trial sizes?
Sadly not at the moment. We just haven't found a way to do this sustainably. We're a small but growing company so we hope to one day as we completely understand wanting to try and smell before you buy.
