Our debut at RHS Chelsea Flower Show marked a proud moment for Reia – not just because of the beautiful stand or the buzz of the show, but because it gave us the chance to root our presence in something more lasting.
While much of the attention during Chelsea is on what’s visible – colour, design, spectacle – some of the most important details are the ones that go a little less noticed. For us, that meant finding a way to make our first time at the show thoughtful (we hope!) from the inside out.
We chose to partner with Grow, a community-led agroecological farm in North London. Grow offers hands-on outdoor learning that nurtures a deeper understanding of nature, food systems and wellbeing. Through their programmes, they support young people and families facing barriers to education and mental health support, using regenerative farming and nature-based education as a powerful tool for connection and growth.
As part of our Pledge 1% commitment, we’re donating 5% of our sales from Chelsea to Grow, supporting their vital work. In the coming weeks, we’ll also be donating all of the plants from our stand to be replanted on their site – some in the Apiary Garden, others in their agroforestry strips, where they’ll continue to support biodiversity and community learning.
Our planting scheme, designed with Lottie Delamain, reflected the scent profiles of our products – evoking the grounding properties of SILVA, the freshness of VERDE, the warmth of FEN. Lottie, a trustee of Grow, helped us thread that connection between land, product, and people.
We believe in building a brand not just through what we sell, but through the values we live by. And in telling these stories after the crowds have gone home, we hope to bring that ethos to life.
You can learn more about Grow and their brilliant work on their website and across their socials @wearegrow___ and if you’re able, consider making a donation to support their mission.
