You have been gifted a 3 Refills Gift Set Duo. Your first refills arrived in your starter kit. To redeem your next refills, follow these simple instructions:
- Add this product to your cart and click 'Go To Cart'.
- Fill out your shipping details on the next page, so we know where to send your next refills.
- Enter the gift code on checkout to redeem your gift.
- Your second pouches will be shipped on the date of redemption in letterbox-friendly refill boxes and your third and final pouches will be shipped two months later.
- Your subscription will then automatically cease. You can choose to continue it if you'd like to, but there is no obligation to.

Starter kits
Your first order will be shipped in the week that you place your order and you will receive a shipping notification to let you know it's on the way. Delivery takes 2-4 working days from the date of your shipping notification.
For orders up to a value of £44 we charge £2.99 for shipping. Orders over £44 are charged at £5.99.
Refills
Your refills are charged every one, two or three months (depending on your frequency) on the same date that you placed your first order. Delivery takes 2-4 working days from the date of your shipping notification.
We do not charge shipping on your refills.
