Starter kits
Your first order will be shipped in the week that you place your order and you will receive a shipping notification to let you know it's on the way. Delivery takes 2-4 working days from the date of your shipping notification.
For orders up to a value of £44 we charge £2.99 for shipping. Orders over £44 are charged at £5.99.
Refills
Your refills are charged every one, two or three months (depending on your frequency) on the same date that you placed your first order. Delivery takes 2-4 working days from the date of your shipping notification.
We do not charge shipping on your refills.
